Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service explain how this website may be used and the general basis on which Kingswell Transport Ltd provides transport services. A specific booking confirmation, service agreement, framework agreement, contract, purchase order or commissioning arrangement may contain additional terms. Where there is an inconsistency, the applicable written contract takes precedence.

Kingswell Transport Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 16676364. Registered office: 119 Burns Avenue, Southall, UB1 2LU, United Kingdom.

2. Our services

Kingswell Transport provides passenger transport services, including specialist transport arrangements for children, young people and other passengers who may require additional support. The exact route, timetable, vehicle, passenger support, price and operational arrangements are agreed for each service.

3. Passenger and journey information

Customers and commissioning organisations should provide accurate information reasonably required to plan and safely deliver a journey. This may include collection and destination details, timetable requirements, mobility or accessibility requirements, emergency contacts and relevant support information.

Sensitive information should be provided only where necessary and through the agreed secure channel.

4. Bookings and changes

A booking is confirmed when Kingswell Transport accepts the booking or when the relevant written contract, purchase order or commissioning arrangement is in place. Changes to passengers, routes, collection points or times should be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable.

5. Safety and service continuity

We aim to provide safe, reliable and passenger-centred journeys. We may need to alter, delay or suspend a journey where circumstances create a material safety risk, including severe weather, road closures, vehicle faults, emergencies or information not available when the journey was planned.

Services will be delivered in accordance with applicable law, contractual requirements and the policies and procedures applicable to the service.

6. Safeguarding

Passenger welfare is fundamental to our approach. Safeguarding concerns will be handled in accordance with applicable safeguarding requirements and the arrangements relevant to the service. See Safeguarding & Passenger Safety.

7. Website information

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and current. Website content is for general information and does not itself constitute a transport contract, tender submission, licence, insurance certificate, accreditation or guarantee of service availability.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website content and branding belong to Kingswell Transport or are used with permission. Reasonable extracts may be viewed or printed for legitimate business and procurement purposes. Commercial reproduction or misrepresentation is not permitted without permission.

9. Third-party websites

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Kingswell Transport is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

For contracted transport services, liability and insurance arrangements are governed by the applicable contract and commissioning documentation.

11. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory legal requirements or contractual dispute provisions.
